A Boy and His Doggies

Carter gets along really well with Fippy and Fudge. Fippy does get a wee bit jealous of him at times, but in the end she really seems to like him. She also likes eating what food doesn't make it into his mouth and stay there. She's the clean up crew. Fudge is very protective of Carter so far. She loves to sit near him and watch over him when people she doesn't know hold him. She's definitely Carter's muscle.

These pictures of Carter and Fudge were taken this morning. They were hanging out together in the chair. Here's Carter petting Fudge.
Here's Fudge kissing Carter's ear. I'm not sure what he thought about it, but he's making a cute face.

Fudge is doing the clean sock check. Like I'd put him in dirty socks?

Sorry, Fudge. No food on his hands this morning.

They make a cute team.

Fippy is always super nosey.

As long as Fippy's getting petted, she really doesn't care who's doing it or how.

Carter playing with his caterpiller. He loves this toy more than any of his other toys. He even loves to play on it in his sleep when he wiggles down to that end of the crib.

Eating breakfast...most of it did make it into his mouth.

Trick or Treat

I think Carter enjoyed his first Halloween. He didn't get to dress up for daycare, but he did wear a seasonal outfit at least. After daycare Carter went trick or treating at my work and then off we went with our friend Susan and her son Aiden to go trick or treating around town.

Here's me and my little monkey Carter at Susan's sister-in-law's house right before trick or treating.

We were out on the town trick or treating. We saw a couple of other monkeys, but none were as cute as my little monkey.

Trick or treating wore Carter out. He was really alert and happy during the walking part of our trick or treating experience, but when it came time to drive to a few specific houses he didn't last very long. Soon after we stopped at my boss' house, he gave up the fight and was off to dream about bananas and swinging through the trees.
